Why sing?
Singing is so much more than making music. It's brilliant for children's development, and it's a fantastic way to make new friends and be part of a welcoming community.

We welcome children of all abilities and of all faiths and none. All you need is enthusiasm and a love of singing.
  • Builds confidence
Standing up and singing with others, then performing for an audience.
  • Improves breathing and posture
Every session starts by warming up bodies as well as voices.
  • Supports language and memory
Learning words and melodies, some by heart and some from music.
  • Real musical skills
Training follows the Royal School of Church Music's Voice for Life scheme, with medals for singers who want them.
